EH Furnace
The EH furnace is a radiant electric aluminium holding furnace consisting of four chambers — heating, receiving, dip-out, and temperature measurement. It was developed primarily as a dedicated at-machine holding furnace for hot charging in aluminium die casting.
Built with five layers of high-performance insulation board, it is fully automatic, incorporating melt level detection, melt temperature control, and chamber temperature control for energy, labor, and space savings as well as safety.

Features of the EH Furnace
Superior Molten Metal Quality
Super-sheathed heaters generate no oxides, and gas absorption into the melt is 0.2 cc or less per 100 g of aluminium.
Low Energy Cost
Roughly one-fifth that of conventional combustion furnaces in operation.

No noise, no radiated furnace heat, and no exhaust gas.
Low Maintenance Cost
A proven record of more than four years without repair.
One-Piece Molded Bath
The furnace geometry permits a one-piece molded bath, completely eliminating aluminium penetration through joints.
