D-SPACE, our exhaust heat recovery melting furnace, was developed in-house and is protected by an international patent.

The D-SPACE system is a hybrid system that can be installed on our SEH, SER, and LCM furnaces.

What Is the Exhaust Heat Recovery System?

The system recirculates the 500–700°C combustion exhaust heat that was previously released outside the furnace. Employing the venturi principle, it achieves remarkably efficient heat recovery and boosts combustion efficiency.

How the System Works(3 Steps)

Heat Exchange

Air fed to the venturi tube exchanges heat with the sensible heat of the refractory in a loop at the top of the furnace. Exhaust heat from the heat-exchange burner can also be utilized.

Suction

The preheated air is then used to draw in the combustion exhaust gas.

Recirculation

The drawn-in exhaust gas is returned to the area around the melting burner and recirculated through the furnace.
